The mission of Get a GRIP Teen Mentoring is to enrich and empower the lives of teens by providing leadership development through social, educational and character building activities to young people in New Castle County, DE and surrounding areas.

For years, the young ladies were always attentive and polite when I visited to share information about post- secondary options. Most of all, I love how the organization has inspired my teen daughter to become more socially engaged with other peers by sharing, trusting, and caring. The mentors are also amazing and have a great way of connecting with the young ladies.
